mixed experience, some issues with the room
amazing locationmold smellpoor cleaning
the hotel's location was definitely a highlight.
The room i booked, a two bedrooms suite city view, smelled strongly of mold. the air conditioning was not effective, and despite reporting it, the issue was never fully resolved. i also noticed dust accumulation, indicating cleaning wasn't thorough.

Our room upgrade to the two-bedroom suite sea view was amazing. the expansive windows offered lovely views. the staff, especially vishva and jenny, were so thoughtful during breakfast. They made each morning special.
the artificial fragrance used in reception areas was rather strong. i found it a bit overpowering and unpleasant.

The hotel provides direct access to the beach and is conveniently near the walk. taxis are readily available for trips to local attractions. Transport is straightforward. there is also a bowling alley on the premises.

The hotel staff is helpful and very cute, offering support with luggage. the bellboy, abbas, assisted with both arrival and departure. He even arranged a cheaper taxi to the airport. room service delivered lovely balloons and cake to the room.

our two-bedroom suite included spacious rooms. it easily accommodated our family. the sea view from the suite was amazing, offering a beautiful visual experience throughout our stay.

The breakfast has vast options. It really sets you up for the day. the food was AMAZING!!! the kitchen staff were attentive. i must thank sanjaya, monika and faheem for their excellent service.
